This event was held on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Pikul Meeting Room (703), 7th Floor, Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Building. Prof. Dr. Wuttichai Thanapongsathorn honored the event as a guest speaker, providing knowledge to office personnel and editorial staff within the institution.
