Office of Academic Journal Administration (OJA) organized the OJA workshop on the development of strategic planning and risk management planning on Monday, August 21, 2023, during 09.00-15.00 hrs. at Meeting Room 706 (Bualuang), Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Building, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. Professor Wuttichai Thanapongsathorn, MD was cordially invited to be an expert facilitator in this workshop. The aims of the workshop were to (1) improve knowledge and understanding of OJA staff to create OJA’s strategic planning and risk management planning, (2) to turn a strategic plan into an annually operational plan, and (3) to conduct an annually risk management plan that meets all obligations and aligns with the overall risk strategy.
